At American Express Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the home items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
